    Popped in today for a few bits, unfortunately the cashier was very abrupt, an item I picked up wouldn't scan so he took it back to the shelf and returned with nothing, saying Yes that's why it wouldn't scan it is part of a pack and not sold separately. I told him I took it from the shelf and did not open the pack, he did not offer me the supposed pack either and why just put it back on the shelf. ‍️There was a queue by this point, so I paid for what I bought and left. This cashier needs a lesson in customer service. Check the cameras pm on th June.I will go somewhere else next time

    Had an uber eats voucher to use so decided to get some Xmas bits in. Placed an order for items and only recieved , Rang the store as I have best match alternatives switched on so was confused as to why I hadn't been given alternatives. The order was sweets/chocs mainly so LOTS of alternatives. Staff member wasn't helpful at all, said they couldn't cancel the order and that they were busy so didn't offer alternatives.Not happy to have missed out on £ off voucher. Not sure why they don't just turn off the machine if they are unable to fulfil the order.

    My go to store for frozen foods and their range of bread, chilled foods and other basics. Always feel comfortable shopping here as it's well laid out and easy to find all requirements. Great for bulk buying at great and competitive prices. Bright, clean and well run. Great discount when using their app and free home deliveries.. a bonus.Thumbs up from me
